Introduction

Outdoor integrated cabinets are primarily used for wireless communication base stations, including next-generation 5G systems, communication networks, network integrated services, access/transmission switching stations, emergency communications/transmissions, etc. They are manufactured using high-quality galvanized steel sheets, insulation wool, high-temperature resistant EPS or PU materials, featuring a double-layer thickened outer shell for a longer service life. These cabinets are UV-resistant aging, corrosion-resistant, acid and alkali resistant, wind-resistant, waterproof, and shock-resistant, with a more robust and durable structure.
The door and lock cabinet doors adopt a built-in structure, with weatherstripping installed around the door frame and compact door seam gaps. The door opening angle exceeds 110°, and the cabinet door includes a limit structure. The door limit device has a position-limiting function when the door is in the "open" state. The door lock uses a robust structure with two fixed points on the pull rod, both upper and lower, ensuring high security. Each cabinet can be equipped with an alarm device for door opening, an environmental monitoring system and air conditioner for cooling for more than 60℃ environment according to customers'special request.
